The editorial role of Cryptonite leans in the direction of The Economist newspaper. Cryptonite’s job is to curate the most pressing and impactful news and trends in the global innovation industries, providing editorial opinion and context. In two years, the Cryptonite Weekly Rap newsletter grew to over 500,000 subscribers, validating our content approach.
Unlike traditional media, however, over 99 percent of Cryptonite’s content will come from our members on the EliXr community page, which makes us more of a social network than an original content producer. Business model
The primary economic upside for Cryptonite stakeholders will be the appreciation of the value of the CPRO token. To also fuel product development, operations, marketing, and new member and Wizard acquisition, the company will focus on generating revenue from the following.
Once the CPRO is public, Cryptonite will demonstrate a 100% commitment to the value of the CPRO by offering discounts on any product or service paid for in CPROs. The smart contract is also written so that every time Cryptonite receives a CPRO for payment, 20 percent is paid out to members in daily rewards, X percent is reserved in our Treasury to maintain a consistent CPRO reward pool level, and the remaining CPROs will be automatically traded for a set of outside cryptos. From the project's perspective, CPRO's tokenomics are designed to attract long-term holders by fostering value growth, mitigating sell-off risks, ensuring transparency, and aligning incentives among stakeholders, including founders, partners, and community members.
The Digital Asset Market CLARITY Act (passed in 2025 by the House, 294–134) grants ‘digital commodity’ status to tokens like CPRO on mature blockchains (e.g., Solana) without profit-sharing, shifting oversight to the CFTC for easier trading with protection.
Utility within the Cryptonite dApp
Initially, CPRO serves as a utility token across the Cryptonite social media network and its media outlets, allowing verified members to participate in platform activities. Cryptonite believes that the ‘CPRO-as-a-digital commodity’ proposition is very strong, as the following token utility benefits illustrate.
Platform Wallet Integration: New members are provided a CPRO wallet (by Privy) upon registration, where CPROs are stored and used in-app until external transfers are enabled.

Founders, Advisors, and Strategic Partners
Cryptonite Ventures works with over 60 seasoned entrepreneurs and investors, early token holders, industry experts, and technology partners, and is subject to the 24-month daily vesting requirements as noted above.
CPRO reward program
Reward tokens, sourced from the Cryptonite liquidity pool, are immediately available for member registration and staking rewards.
Following the V1 launch, the member activity reward program will align with the ‘80/20 rule’ of social networks, which states that 20% of network members generate 80% of the value. As such, the CPRO smart contract will dictate that 20% of CPRO inflows from new paid memberships, Wizard subscriptions, and other services will be rewarded back to the top 20% most active members by rank. Further, another portion of CPRO inflows will be redeposited into the overall reward pool for its long-term sustainability, and the remainder will be traded for a defined set of external cryptocurrencies.
This ensures pool stability, avoids CPRO hoarding perceptions, and diversifies Cryptonite Ventures' assets with other tradable cryptos..
CPRO staking
To help prevent immediate dumps and align with our goal of minimizing price volatility, we will offer pre-sale and public buyers the opportunity to stake the CPRO. This includes offering members flexible lockup periods (3 months at 5% APY, 6 months at 7%, 12 months at 10%) to cater to different user preferences.

CPRO Growth Fund
This is a dedicated venture capital fund structured as a Limited Partnership, with Cryptonite Ventures Corporation as the Limited Partner investing 8 billion CPRO (38.1% of total supply) into an evergreen fund. Cryptonite founder Anthony Perkins serves as the primary General Partner. These CPROs are subject to a 10-year vesting schedule, with vesting occurring on a daily basis. Under the fund's terms, the General Partner may invest CPRO only in:
Cryptonite 300 private companies (later-stage),
Cryptonite’s 300 Companies to Watch (typically under two years old),
Selected seed deals, but only alongside Draper Associates or other top-tier seed investors,

The primary marketing goal is to build the Cryptonite global membership, and thereby increase the value and distribution of the CPRO.
